This service is upgradeable to Pick-Up & Return.

In the warranty time we provide exchange parts for all failing components and take care of any hardware issues.

For issues that can be resolved by replacing parts (such as a faulty GPU, PSU or memory sticks), we will send you the appropriate part for replacement as advance exchange by express.

For issues that cannot be clearly identified, you send in the device, and we will return the repaired system to you.
